• Product Sizing: Sizing water heaters for a laundromat is part science, part art. Water heaters are often grossly oversized, costing owners too much in investment and fuel costs. Call us or email us with a sizing request. Include your location, the brand and model #'s of your washers, and approximate the average turns per week for your store.


• Individual Approach: One type of water heater doesn't fit all laundromats. We tailor a water-heating system based on the following considerations: (i) hot water requirements, (ii) location and size of the mechanical room, (iii) venting requirements, and (iv) water quality.


• Investment Analysis: If you provide us with the following information we can provide you with a yearly savings estimate by updating your water heater. Provide your store location, the brand and model #'s of your washers, the brand and model # of your existing water heater, your approximate average turns per washer per week, and your cost of natural gas per therm (100,000 BTU's or 1,000 cubic feet). • Mechanical Diagrams: If you choose to purchase a NATCO heating system, we will be pleased to provide you with a piping diagram for your specific needs. If we don't have one specifically on file, we will generate one in a timely fashion.


• Technical Support & Customer Service: We are happy to answer technical questions. Through technical discussions, we can often head off problems that may develop down the line, such as fresh-air deficiencies or venting troubles.
