NATCO also offers overnight delivery from a large stock of both copper and Cupro Nickel Fire Coils to over 1,000,000 BTU. Dry CleaningNATCO has been serving the dry cleaning industry for a long time. NATCO's engineers have used their imagination and conceived The Retriever. The Retriever is a hot water generator that produces hot water from steam in your condensate. Normally, the steam in your condensate is vented to the atmosphere which leads to energy losses, but not with the Retriever. Concrete Batch Plants and Block ProducersThe NATCO water heater line is sold through a network of distributors and manufacturer's representatives. Being the first to specialize in this market by giving the customer a product that satisfied both their needs and out lasting other types of water heaters, NATCO has made itself tough to beat. NATCO Tankless design is ideally suited for use in ready mix plants and block curing applications. Only NATCO offers 21/2 the heater rated capacity for up to five minute intervals. This means you do not require a storage tank under ordinary conditions. In addition, the NATCO can also be used for steam cleaning and heating of the aggregate. Both steam and water can be produced to its full horse power rating. Plus you can count on keeping the NATCO for the life of the plant. The NATCO is easily maintained and all parts are readily available. Fire Coil units have been very successful in the ready mix industry. It has been used in conjunction with storage tanks, pressurized or vented, to produce large volumes of hot water for concrete mixers. In block curing plants, the Fire Coil and Tankful has been used to produce high flow of hot water for curing beds without the use of storage tanks. The Fire Coil is immune to down draft and because of the straight tube heat exchanger design and the Cupro Nickel material, hard water conditions create no problems.
